Walgreens Pharmacy

Please, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ANY COST!!! Staff is very friendly but inefficient. Phone call waiting time is forever, and every pick up takes over an hr. Despite their best effort, the process of walking trough the store. Tried schedule a delivery and when I call to see what happen, the response is: “the person who handled your call did it wrong/ did not schedule it, you will have it for tomorrow” (almost a week ago). People I have seen with fast pass still have to wait a lot, so it seems nothing works right.

PD: Managers, watch your business!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I called to have Walgreens transfer a prescription from another pharmacy since they had the medication I needed. They were aware that I was on vacation and would be leaving that night. I called at 1pm and they said my medication would be ready by 3pm….it was not. I called at 3pm to make sure it was ready before I left to pick it up and they had no record of any prescription! They had forgotten to have it transferred and kept me on hold for an hour (while also hanging up on me once). Worst customer service that I have ever received from a Walgreens!

Not worthy for 1 star. Such a slow consultant service inside pharmacy section. Need to wait for 30 minutes

Worst pharmacy ever. They gave me the wrong prescription, they are slow, and I’m switching pharmacies.

The Pharmacist, MONICA, was an angel in our time of need. My mom was having trouble breathing, and her doctor prescribed her the wrong meds. Monica noticed this, and asked for the doctor’s phone number. She called the doctor and made him order the correct medicine. Additionally, she expedited the order so I could get back to my mom. It’s people like her that really make a big difference during stressful times! Please give Monica a raise!!!
