City of Doral Police Department

On Tuesday 05/12/20 around 6:20 am I was driving in the 74th street of the city of Doral; that street has 3 lanes in that area. I was driving in the right lane and there was a car at no more than a car and a half ahead of mine in the center lane. A Doral Police car identified with the number 280 came at at high speed in the center lane when the car suddenly cut me off made a right in next corner and was close to hitting me. I immediately hit the brakes to avoid an accident. It was dark so I’m not sure if the car made a turn in the 97th Ave or 102nd Ave, but if you check the camera the installed in the car you will be able to confirm what I’m telling you. I’m tired of how Doral Police officers take advantage of their authority and fail to be role models. If I do something like that and one of them look at me I would receive a ticket; but it seems that the law doesn’t apply to them! They drive faster than everybody, they don’t stop at the stop sign, they change lanes without the directional light, etc. They have to protect us no to put us at risk!!!!

I would like to thank the Doral Police department on helping with fraud claim that they were able to help on getting my item back that was sent to Doral . Thank you to the detective on the phone today I got my item back

I was making a quick late night run over to walmart & I was pulled over by PO Blanco, R.

Although i was given the citation for driving with an expired tag a little over a week & a half, officer blanco gave me an option. He said if i’d take care of the registration and match my license to the new address i am living at now, by the court date he would be there and would drop the citation.

what a understanding and great guy for giving me a chance. He could have easily given me the citation to pay for. But he showed humility that caught me by surprise and gave me a chance.

There’s still some good guys out there, they just have to do their jobs.

I am so grateful for the Doral Police, especially Officer Hernandez, who took my call this morning to help me get my laptop back from an online scam. Officer Hernandez provided clear instructions to get my situation resolved and took the time to explain what to do and as a result my laptop has been recovered and is being returned to me. God bless Officer Hernandez and all the men and women who serve our communities as policemen and policewomen.

Super unhelpful and dramatic over little things, and when asked for guidance on how to handle a matter the cop I spoke with completely lied to me and sent me to waste my time running around trying to solve the problem when all I really had to do was make a call to the appropriate office. On top of that many of the officers are extremely mean and arrogant, whether you’ve done anything or not.
