AMLI Doral

I live here currently and I cannot wait for this lease to be up. Before you fall in love with the gorgeous gym and beautiful buildings, please read through all of these google reviews. This place is over priced for the terrible customer service you are getting as well as the terrible quality of life. I thought moving here would be quiet and peaceful and it is just the opposite with paper thin walls in the apartments. I live on the fourth floor and I can hear children playing outside across the parking lot, my neighbor constantly slamming his front door and my other neighbor’s extremely loud and obnoxious music (CONSTANTLY). Let’s not forget the apartment around the corner whose bedroom is wall to wall worth mine. I can hear them laughing, talking, I can hear their TVs, I can hear their phones ringing, I can hear their bed when their moving. This is NOT a “luxurious” way to live. The community is not safe, as everyone can tailgate through the gate. There is ONE lady that was extremely nice when we moved in but other than that, my moving in experience was not so great either. I prefer email over phone calls since I am constantly in meetings and at work and it’s difficult for me to take a call and three months and about 10 emails later, I have not gotten ONE response. You can definitely save some money looking elsewhere. They say you get what you pay for but I spend a lot of money for rent and services and do not get my money’s worth. UPDATE: the property commented back asking me to contact the property manager and it was POINTLESS. The property manager told me to break the lease if I wasn’t happy knowing that is NOT legally possible without negative consequences. I will continue with my lease only so this doesn’t affect me negatively but I wanted to make sure I updated this review for any prospect renters so you can avoid a bad situation like this.

I recieved a bill in January after I vacated my apartment in December. I responded requesting details of the charges but they never responded instead they sent me a lawyer’s letter demanding payment only 2 weeks after I received the bill. I emailed them again and no response. I had given them a check to pay for cleaning that they never deposited. Very disorganized.

UPDATE TO AMLI REPLY: HI AMLI, have neither received a phone call or email from you as you claim, so I am not sure who are trying to contact? My contact details have not changed.

Close to FIU and nice place to live in!

The AMLI Doral was a pleasant place to call home for our short visit to Miami. With a nice pool and good gym. It was perfect to recharge and relax.
