I have had the pleasure of working with Rafael and his team for a long time, you can feel the level of service that these professionals provide just by walking into their office that looks like a luxury beachfront condo in Sunny Isles, you don’t get to this level in the business by providing poor service, nothing is perfect in Real Estate, what is the most important is to find somebody you can trust and that has your best interests in mind, there are a lot of Realtors in Miami but only a few qualified ones, Brickell Realty is definitely part of that small group of qualified professionals.

As a licensed Real Estate professional working for Brickell Realty Group, I have always taken pride in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. I am sorry that this client feels the way that he states, but his allegations are a misunderstanding of the process and its procedures.

Regretfully, this is the result, of trying to accommodate to the specific needs of a person during a situation where there was a high degree of uncertainty, and where as usual the decision is not that of the agent, but that of the owner of the property.

I am contractually committed to follow the owner’s instructions and to abide by the procedural guidelines set forth by the State of Florida and the brokerage firm that I work for.

This client demanded that I break the rules and professional protocol to cater exclusively to his wishes without taking into consideration that I have to comply with all the rules and to answer to the Owner of the property.

I apologize to the client if he feels that I should have done otherwise, and would have liked to be able to accommodate and cater to his needs. With this said, I am proud of my record as a professional and reiterate that the allegations are a misunderstanding.

Ibrahim Dos Santos is absolutely the worst realtor that I have ever experienced, since I moved to Miami. I can understand his unresponsive and poor English, but one thing that I hate is lying. He told me a different story, every time I contacted him. He said the apartment should be mine, but then he was still secretly searching for other renters who would pay higher rent.

I contacted him for an apartment in North Miami Beach. After showing, I told him that I would like to rent the apartment. He first promised to send me the application form right away. Then, after four hours, I had to contact him to ask for the form. He told me that the owner did not want to rent it anymore, but he would talk the owner and get back to me the next day. Not surprisingly, he did not contact me, and I had to reach out to him. He did not pick up, and after two hours, he texted me that apartment was rented by the owner himself. I called him, and then he again changed a story, saying that the apartment was rented by another applicant through him. When I called him, he was very rude and told me “there is nothing he could do.”

Miami top realtor, award winning 2014,15 & 16 number one and well deserve. People from this company are excellent. The best option when purchasing or buying your property in Miami. Ask for @dilay she is the best.
