The Atlantic Doral

I have enjoyed my Stay with Atlantic Doral but due to current situation, I may need to relocate immediately as my project ended in an unplanned manner. All the channels since last few attempts trying to reach the office members to communicate on the move out process has not been successful. Can i request to share the best no to contact or the email id in which there would be a response.

I really loved living on the lake because it gives you some grass if you live on the 1st floor and a beautiful view of the water that we enjoyed day and night. There are turtles, fish and all kinds of nice birds that I loved seeing. The property is also adjacent to a nice walking path.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about how bad the problem is with the trash pick-up. The trash problem was the worst thing about living here and used to upset me almost daily, but then I read the other reviews and learned that I was not alone and gave up hope that it would ever improve!

There was also a HUGE problem with the fire alarm beeping when we lived in Building 2. We lived over there for 2.5 years and I am serious when I say that the main panel of the smoke detector was beeping in the 1st floor hallway EVERY few seconds for the VAST majority of that time! It was more of a surprise when it was off, then when it was on. We could hear it in our apartment at night and you always had to have the TV on to cover it. Those were the main problems we had and it was difficult to get help from the staff to fix them.

But I’ve seen a lot of other apartments in Doral and I like this much more than other things in the same price range.

Unprofessional and unethical company that allows unethical behaviors of towing companies (Specialized Towing) during a time of crisis. My car was was towed within less than 24 hours without following the Legal process of Miami-Dade County. I suspect that they have shady employees who are being paid under the table kickbacks by the towing company. I had to pay $700 to get my car back from their partners in unethical business practices “Specialized Towing”. This is exactly why Miami has a bad rap. Don’t rent from this community if you don’t want your friends and family members cars towed less than 24 hours after arrival.

This looks really nice when you first saw it but as you settle in you start to learn within few months things are not good. Especially maintenance is too bad. They don’t act on moving checklist even after 3-4 months. In most apartments there is a terrible mold issue. They don’t tell you this when you move in. Identify mold issues, Liability, Responsibility, and Prevention is their responsibility. They act like naïve and do nothing to solve the problem to closure. Mold is an environmental hazard that can cause major concerns to renters; health problems—such as rashes, chronic fatigue, nausea, cognitive losses, hemorrhaging, and asthma—allegedly caused by exposure to “toxic molds” in their building. When ever maintenance folks comes, they do the temporary work and leaves dirt/uncleaned. Imagine they take almost couple 3 months to fix rest room door and still a open issue. Awe full.

Not bad if Doral is where you want to be… the apartments themselves are OK, nicely appointed, very modern and spacious, but the area itself is very busy/crowded. But that sums up pretty much all of Doral!
