Horrible I don’t recommend this place the servers were absolute rude to me, I had a large milk shake I asked for an extra glass to share with my friend and the owner/manager said NO that I would have to buy another shake since it was against the policy of the business, I took a plastic cup from the water station and a lady from the cashier started yelling at me screaming to put the plastic cup back and with a weird accent telling me to pay for an extra smoothie I felt so humiliated and left didn’t got time to finish my drink, they are very rude and overpriced. Stay away from here. It looks nice the store but food quality it’s poor, just go to Starbucks or bocas grill honestly.

I was there on Sunday with my son a some friends. The place is great, loved the whole concept. The milkshakes are beautiful and great taste, we tried the Pavlova and the Nutella milkshakes. Also we order the truffle fries, they are so good too. It’s a must if you’re look for a place to spend an evening with kids. OH! And they also have games for kids and adults while your there eating and chatting.

D- | I came in this store earlier today with my girlfriend and they let us in the store and my girlfriend felt very disrespected on the hospitality of the waiter she seemed as if the commercial they were shooting was more important than us. The only problem is reading the comments we aren’t the first ones this happened to. My girlfriend found this place on Instagram and if they want to retain customers they have to treat actual customers better. I’m the top reviewer in Miami. As a suggestion to the company maybe set aside an area for celebrities and tend to your paying customers
