NOTHING WAS RELAXING ABOUT THIS 15 MINUTE MASSAGE! The entire time the guy kept trying to upsale the massage, when he finally couldn’t convince me he literally pushed my face back down into the chair. The entire massage was basically poking my neck and pushing hard on my shoulder. It was painful! The guy clearly has no training in the field. At one point my husband had walked by and said the guy was just massaging with one hand looking around. I will never go back here again! I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to wasting my money.

Horrible experience the masseur was very rough and my back was in a very bad pain after that, definitely not professional, I should have gone to a professional massage place in the first place.

Been going there for a year, firs big issue, they charge by time, so when my massage was interrupted to set up someone next to me it was bad. Even worse at the end when 2 employees harrassed me for tip, I told them when work done is good I tip as in the past but not only was the massage poor it was a gift card they spent 10 minutes verifying it. At that point I had another gift cart for table massage 60 min when I told them I wanted my money back they backed off. Too many good places to go to a place they can’t speak english as they are brought from china to put up with such attitude.

This was the worst experience of my life. I decided to do the table massage and the guy was rough and rude. Completely inappropriate in handling my body. With his so called massage. I asked him to stop. Will not ever go there again. And would never recommend this place.

[Posted on behalf of a close friend]: I gave a poor rating due to the constant nagging from the masseuse, the terrible miscommunications that occurred and their lack of consideration.

Let’s start with the nagging. How would you feel if your masseuse kept asking if you want 30 more minutes at least 3-4 times throughout the massage. I was quite annoyed and concerned/paranoid.

Why was I concerned/paranoid? Around the 3rd or 4th time he asked if I wanted to stay longer (in other words, charge me more for their service), I said “I’m fine.” He responded optimistically, “Oh? You’re fine?!” Concerned, I added, “Yes, I’m fine. I don’t need the extra time.” As the massage continued, I was getting more and more paranoid, thinking he may have misunderstood me. The massage felt longer than it should, and I was orchestrating the possible argument we may have if he tries to charge me more after our session, so I was pretty stressed.

Obviously, more miscommunications occurred during our session. Specifically, at the beginning. The masseuse told me to take off my clothes. I didn’t feel too comfortable and they only had a small towel to cover my body. If I had been taller or thicker, that little towel wouldn’t have been suffice. I asked for a blanket, and no one responded to me. After a few tries, I gave up and got undressed, but I left my undergarments on.

I’m not sure if it was the cultural differences, but the moment the masseuse saw that I had my bra, he tried to take it off me without my consent. It was terrible. I felt utterly uncomfortable. He kept nagging me to take it off and I did, regrettably.

The small towel and their attempt to undress me was awfully inconsiderate. Their persistence and desperation to up charge is extremely annoying, and the obvious language barrier makes them unqualified to give massages. Communication is key when you’re touching a strangers body.

I hope they find this message and learn from it, until then I recommend to stay clear of this location.
