Good and efficient but pricey with additional services like sending an email to print they charge !$2+ additionally to each single paper printed.

Expensive and terrible service
I needed to scan a photo. A lady in the staff decided to do a color photocopy of the image to scan it. I told her that in this way she was lowering the quality of the image. Then she scanned it directly from the picture and sent it to my email. For my surprise, it was scanned in such a low resolution that I can’t even use it.
Not only the service was terrible, but also their prices are much more expensive than other UPS.
They charged me: The color photocopy I didn’t ask for 75 cents, the low-resolution scan service for $3, AND other $2 to email me the picture. Yes, THEY DID charge other 2 dollars to provide me the file scanned through an email.
In total, I paid $5,75 plus tax to get a picture scanned in low-resolution.

Excellent customer service and very very nice people at the front desk. I came to drop off a few times for return through amazon. I was worried about the packing because I didn’t do it properly. The lady was very sweet and told me that she’d do it well and tape it up properly. That was kind of her. Thank you so much.

They have a very strange “regulation”. According one of the staff member they have instructed by owners to ADD one inch to any box received. Looks like this is a smart way to get extra income. I requested information regarding what they called “regulation” and this was not provided.
