At the most difficult time when fraudulent activity was detected on my phone, the Doral ATT office was remarkable. Extremely understanding and guided me through the process. Cassandra was awesome and extremely helpful.

Deserves ZERO stars. Came in here to change my name because I was told I need to present my ID. As a new customer, AT&T misspelled my name. I came in to this store and presented my ID to have my name spelled correctly on my account. I was told I would have to call customer service. So I left the store and called customer service who refused to correct my name and said I had to go back to the store. I called and spoke to the “ manager” Chris. He said to come in now and he would fix my name. When I got there 30 minutes later, he was not in the store and they could not fix my name change. Thus I will have to come back for a third time. Total waste of time and completely inconsiderate of my life.
