I remember the first time I walked into the store. I immediately thought: (1) this place is huge, (2) the walls and aisles are thoroughly stacked with products, (3) look at all the brands, (4) look at this place…now this is a supplement store!

I can not stress this enough…if you need to go to a store to make a nutritional supplement purchase…GO TO THE NUTRITIONAL POWER CENTER based in Doral, FL.

The place is very good and has a lot of products and good selection but the Venezuelan guy that works there selling (Ruben) is disgusting, rude, discourteous, unpleasant, really bad customer service and he does not want to help anybody, he doesn’t care!!!! he just doesn’t want to work there.

Been coming here for almost 10 years. They used to be great, customer service has declined and prices have gone up. Phone calls seem more important than customers. I’ve taken my business to a place down the street, next to the Winn Dixie plaza who are more professional, attentive and knowledgable about products. Plus they have rewards
