I ordered the Ann archery Fajas waist trainer 3 hooks, unfortunately once I received it it was wayyyy too small. The sizes that are listed are actually sizes for Columbian women NOT AMERICAN WOMEN! The site doesn’t say it but once I called back to explain the that’s my waist is a 32 US the customer service woman explained to me that their size 32 is smaller than US size 32. Now for this to be an established, well named company u would think they would have stated the size differences on their website. Nevertheless, The very next day I shipped it back to the store, not wanting a refund but to simply exchange the waist trainer for a bigger size. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called to check on my return. I was then told that it would be processed and that I would get a shipping update confirmation the next day in my email. Another week goes by, I called back to let them know I still hadn’t received an email confirmation, and the customer service women said that there was no where that was documented that anyone had spoken to me but she would document it now and have my exchange size sent out to me. A few more days goes by and I received an email that my waist trainer didn’t pass their “inspection process” and the item had small white spots on it. So I called back and explained to the customer service rep that I only literally placed the waist trainer around me and it wouldnt even go around more than half of me and there was NO WAY white marks was on it because I literally put it back in the bag, and shipped it back off the next day. She then placed me on hold and got her supervisor for me and she stated that the waist trainer had pen marks on it (but never said anything about white marks) but she said that she would have them inspect it a second time. So a few days ago I received an email stating that my garment failed inspection yet again because of white marks being on it and NOW because of tags being removed. How the tags got removed, your guess is just as good as mind. THIS IS OBSURD! And they’ve now shipped my waist trainer back looking for me to now purchase a different correct size. This leads me to Suspect that they’re scamming people. They get u to buy a waist trainer knowing good and well it’s not American women sizes, only to have us ship it back, be sent through a God knows what type of joke/lying inspection process to ultimately end up making up a reason not to accept the return and then sending it back to u and waiting for u to buy yet another one. It’s ridiculous!!! I only bought it because of the decent reviews. But **PLEASE BE ADVISED** American women: buy these waist trainers at least 2 sizes up so that you won’t have to be out of your money like me. I wish I could have been forewarned, but my loss is you gain. Have a blessed day!
