Michael merchant was kind enough to verbally assault me on social media. He claims to be the senior engineer for the company. I’ll take this down if he is not. But it was quite a colorful conversation for a senior engineer to initiate.

I had a technical issue with my blood pressure monitor. ONE call to the company: I explained the issue, and the very professional customer service rep gave me a case # and told me that I would either hear from someone in technical support or a new monitor would be sent to me. TWO days later, sure enough, a brand new monitor showed up at my home. THANK YOU very much Medline for being a first rate company.

Not customer oriented at all. Employees seemed frightened of questions. Will check other vendors; not worth the effort.
