THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

If I could give them minus stars I would. This is the WORST company I have ever worked with.

We sent a box in November, which was suppose to arrive en December, we are in MAY and the box has not arrived.

They ask us to send the receipts for the refund and we still have no answer.

They sent us an email that the box arrived but we have to pay an aditional 10$ for them to be able to dispach the box. AFTER WE ALREADY PAYED 55$ FOR THE SHIPMENT!!

We payed the 10$ and then they said that the amount has changed from one day to another and now its 15$.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They play with your time and take your money. All the products that were sent in the box are already damaged.

They never answer the phone, and all they do is play with your time, they say they are going to refund your money and they never answer.

Bad service very careful with this company, they do not deliver the merchandise of the shipments on some occasions and the car rental service does not return the money

Worst service ever!! This company offers reliable and trusted services but nothing could be more untrue!! 4 months have passed since I trusted my cargo on them, and now March 2020 still waiting for its arrival, they don’t inform a serious and responsible status, and there many many many people affected like me that once decided to TRUST and the only we got is this terrible experience!!!

YA DEJE MI REPORTE CON LA (FTC). RECLAMEN ALLI PARA QUE INVESTIGUEN A ESTOS MENTIROSOS. My package shipped in December, now is March and still not delivered. Now they are asking for receipts of the things inside te box. Terrible customer service, they don’t provide updates or much explanation for anything when you call them. All I was told was wait for an email, which they could of answered my question over the phone. Never sending anything again with this company, wasted my money. Very unpleasant answers from the staff.

1 because there is not Zero, I sent a box to Venezuelain Noviembre 2 and other in Nov 21 and these have not delivered yet, almost 3 month waiting and waiting. IN december they did not answer the phone and now in January they dont have a clear response, My family’s Christmas present lost and anybody take a responsability. This company is totally irresponsible and does Not assune that the boxes seem to be lost. Be carefull.
