Receptionist was very pleasant on the phone and was nice enough to place my purchase of cat food in the truck of my car…eventhough she looked busy with other clients. This was during covid virus and had curb side assistance

This is the 3rd Banfield that we have used in two years and both our pets are on yearly plan. Loved the location in Houston Heights area and we like the Midtown Miami location. We could not get into the Miami Midtown location so we came here. First visit was good, second visit I was five minutes early and was told I had to wait until the appointment time to check in. Sat down, waited then had to get back up to check in only to sit down and wait again. Was not comfortable with vet or technician and seemed like left hand did not know what right hand was doing, third visit was okay but felt like everyone was just going through the motions and just their to get a paycheck.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE !!!!!
Never tough I have to write a review , but I feel as if I have to help others and open their eyes. If you pet has a truly emergency issue this is no the place to take them. My poor baby Yorkie had a kidney stone , and doctor Natalie Gutierrez was her vet, she was negligent and could not handle this situation, she was not honest to tell us that in that place they could not treat that condition. All she had to do was tell us to take her to a kidney specialist , but she didn’t and my fur baby got complicated and died. The only thing that matters in Banfield is money and money , they don’t care about pets. They are not compassionate
I made the complaint and nobody cared, I spoke with Andres Vega ( Supervisor in Banfield ) to inform him of the situation My recommendation for other pet owners is to take them to a regular veterinarian
