Too much attitude and Very rude. I took my buddy to another vet that cares about Pancho.

Totally Disappointing!! I took one of my kitties to this veterinarian because my kitty haven’t ate anything since a day ago. What surprise me was that this veterinarian denied see my kitty because this veterinarian has not record of vaccines. The vet’s assistant asking me for records from another veterinarian, but unfortunately the another veterinarian was closed and it will be re-open on April 20. So, I explain that if they need to re-take any test from other veterinarian, I will able to pay it, my kitty is sick, etc but this veterinarian didn’t care. They didn’t care for the cat feelings neither mine. They just want me to go to another place just because of records of vaccines. They have lack of sensibility and professionalism. Strongly I will not recommend to take your pet to this vet.

The vet and her staff were so caring and supportive yesterday when I brought my sweet little 18 y/o shih tzu in to be put down. It was dreading the entire process but they were kind and compassionate, making me not only feel like I was doing the humane thing for my girl but we felt love from complete strangers. They made a tragic and painful situation manageable and for that I cannot thank them enough!

Took my cats JD & Peaches today for a dental cleaning worst care ever! I got Peaches back covered in feces and they knocked out one of her teeth by mistake claiming it was my fault for not taking her sooner. I’ve been going to this location since it opened but today I have decided to never return. Don’t take your animals here they’re aweful. I’m so angry right now and my poor Peaches looks in shock and traumatized . I’ve had 3 pets go through Banfield and none except today looked as bad as she does. My house is covered in feces and I have hours of cleaning to do. Ironically her cage is spotless. The feces is super hard like it’s been on her for hours. I dropped her off at 7:30a and picked her up at 5p. They don’t know how to handle animals here. The first time I took Peaches here the care was amazing she had fallen from a 5th floor balcony and cracked her hip they quickly helped me determine what’s wrong and got her to the specialist of my choice. Peaches went into emergency surgery and got out fine. Peaches has never been the same since her fall when she was about 5 months old… She has trust issues and is defensive. She requires professional patience. Wish all those people were still there!!! UPDATE: Dulce the manager has contacted me and I really must say although I was upset I really have to say they care about animals here at this location. I was really upset but I can understand how difficult Peaches could be due to her accident mentioned earlier when she was a 5 month old kitten. I will be returning to this location and about her teeth falling if a cat has a lot of tarter build up it’s possible for their teeth to come off. Peaches has never had a cleaning before and she’s turning 4 years old this 22nd of August. I really appreciate the phone call and feel satisfied with this location and will be returning.
