Terrible, had me siting in MIQ for over 13 hours in a delayed flight to Miami, they gave us food vouchers and the places to eat were awful. Had to look up a more decent place and pay for better food.
Never bothered to use my return ticket
Apparently people fly this airline because there are no other ones, if you can, avoid going to Venezuela anyway, it is an excellent reflection of the regime that runs the country

DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE! My cousin, who is 19 years old, was robbed of over $1000 dollars worth of personal items and the staff members at the airport, in Miami, completely ignored her and did not even approach her after they saw her crying by herself if an airport in a country she does not live in. The flights are always delayed, and there have been many times where people’s luggages have been opened and robbed. Their customer service gives you phone numbers and emails that do not work. Horrible people, a horrible airline. Fly American Airlines instead, it is worth it because you won’t be violated.
