Gran Vista at Doral

Excellent place to reside. Outstanding service all around starting with Michelle, she’s very good at communicating to us what’s going on in the building. Next, her maintenance crew. They always respond quickly to your needs. Great guys and knowledgeable. The building is kept clean and it’s well serviced. Recently, it was painted, parking lot was re-striped, the pool and its surrounding area is well maintained. The cons, I’d say one is the traffic to enter here at pick times, at the gate, security is too slow to move the visitors along so cars back up into long lines obstructing the way in… and finally, your typical noisy neighbor… Nothing serious though. I recommend this place so much so that I renewed my lease.

If you’re looking for an apartment in Doral, look no further! This place is always clean, smells good, the apartments are brand new inside and it feels like you’re staying at a resort. The whole team is amazing, from Cathy and Michelle, Aura, the maintenance guys and security, always making you feel very welcomed and so helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Michelle for always being so responsive and such an amazing person when it comes to helping tenants and keeping them happy!

Great place to live! Located right in the center of Doral. Great amenities, very clean and organized. I have a especial love for the girls at the leasing office, Michelle and Katie are amazing at addressing/solving any issues. Highly recommend it!

I lived here for about a year and a half before job circumstances needed me to move. If you are looking to live in Doral this is a great complex and fairly priced for the area. It’s very modern and new. The management office is super quick with any and all repairs too! Thank you for everything Michelle!
