good and honest professional , we just didn’t went thru the repair because the Kenmore product we bought , it is not Kenmore , it is LG , which left a bad taste about Kenmore and Sears , never again any of your products

terrible service and even worse communication, refrigerator broken for almost three weeks waiting for simple parts available overnight from other repairers. they dont answer the phone or text messages, cannot be bothered with customers. not even worth one star. would have been better not to have even called them and spent the money on worthless non – service

On time, and knowledgeable technitian conducted the repair of my freezer and so far has been working perfectly since then
