Impel America Appliances Corp.

We have bought 2 fisher paykal dishwashers from this company in the last 3 years. (The first dishwasher was replaced) Both have had major issues and we have had to call repair several times. We now have a non working fisher paykal dishwasher and it is a few months out of warranty and they want $700 to fix it. They have not offered any help in fixing it. We have had 5 service calls on this dish washer and major parts have had to be replaced. We will need to buy a new dish washer and IT WILL NOT BE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Really great experience. After my initial visit to the store and deciding on the stove I wanted I googled Impel to read reviews as we all do now. There was a little confusion with another company with a similar name that had terrible reviews however Impel America Appliances Corp had great reviews. I got nervous thinking oh boy I don’t need this stress In the middle of construction. I talked with Lazaro and he explained the situation. It had nothing to do with them. That”s really too bad for them because I’m sure that has cost them some business which they clearly do not deserve and In todays world people are weary Lazaro went out of his way to help me and work with my budget. I”m all for supporting small business. I could have bought the same stove at a big box store but I much prefer to help the smaller businesses. Great experience from initial visit to showroom to delivery . These guys are professionals. I Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. I was able to buy several appliances at a competitive price with a superlative service. Rosie kept me informed at all time and she was always available to answer my questions. I will definitely recommend and buy again from them.

After calling various suppliers who all told me that what I wanted was impossible, I called Lazaro from Impel and he moved mountains for me.
I was able to get what I needed in 2 days from the Factory in NJ. I am
very impressed with his professionalism and not to mention the price.
