Brought my car to get new tires installed, gave them a PERFECTLY working tire lock to remove the tires… left to run an errand only to be called within 5 minutes because THEY broke my tire lock! Took NO RESPONSIBILITY at ALL even thought it was left in THEIR shop, under THEIR responsibility.
I felt taking advantage of as a woman, because the truth is they are at fault and should have done something about it! Now I have to go to bmw to get the tire locks broken, where I’ll be charged $60 a tire!

Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere! RUN, DONT STOP, especially if you’re a woman!

The team at Russo were awesome. I had an alignment issue that was destroying my front tires. I understood it was beyond a basic alignment issue. They diagnosed the problem down to a worn / damaged A-arm / bushing. Appreciate they took the time to show me the issue they were having with the re-alignment, review of their diagnosis and worn/damaged components after the repair.

Been a few times and once again, excellent service, friendly staff and always get me in and out. Keep up the good work guys.
Ps. The gentleman fixing my flat was very cautious to not leave a mark on my rim.

Nice staff. Prices are what you’d expect for a place like this. Could offer better prices though….
