This auto repair shop takes advantage of the people with low income. They tend to not pay attention to their customer relation, the only way they choose to satisfy customer needs is by giving them a “fair price”. Perhaps it is because they consider that you are performing acts of poverty that prevent them from working with you. It is important that you the customer understands the situation you are in when working with Jeffrey Auto Repair. Also have in mind its competitors that may seem as if they are ripping you off, when its not the competition but the ones that make the job affordable. Thank you for your time and hope you can prevent yourself from getting mistreated by being jeopardized by a lowlife task that they cant manage to do without charging you like if they were to be something apart than a small business. Have this in mind when meeting with any mechanic. Do not let this stain the name of those who do their work properly.

Needed a quick spark plug replacement 2007 Altima due to mine just dying. Showed up and had a great conversation with Jeffrey. Honest mechanic with fair prices and fast turnaround. Will be returning for my next service

Excellent mechanic, honest estimates, I always check online before coming here and his estimates are way below what I see online. Never had an issue with the work he does. Will recommend him to anyone.

i know him for long time now i got really disappoint. bad customer services. unfortunate he charge me $321.00 for a AC repair for my Jeep.. he didn’t do nothing my jeep still with no AC i took it back and he treat me like a garbage. he stole me my money.. its sad but i got it let everyone know. he just care about he’s motorcycle and traveling the word but he not taking care of customer.. no start for him.. sorry I learn that Firestone is a great customer service they fix it one time and is done… Jeffry never want to take the check engine light off my jeep.. i took it to Firestone and the light never came on aging sorry i’m very disappoint that he stole my money and he don’t care about a customer.. never call no care..
