Great food this will be the 2nd time I order through ubereats and they listen to the instructions on the order the pastelitos and croquetas are so good the best tasting in Miami. Keep up the great work guys.👍

Love this place. But I knocked off a star for their subpar service while I was trying to make an order over the phone. As I was placing my order it suddenly dropped or I was hung up on. Called back no answer. Called again and they finally answered the phone. I let them know I was half way ordering when the line went dead. They said the call dropped. Ok whatever it happens.

I tell her I want to place my order she’s like I can’t answer the phone when there is people here the owners don’t allow it. I looked at my phone bewildered. I was like ok so I can’t make an order to pick up. The short answer was no.

I get to the location a few minutes later and the place is not as busy. There’s customers yes but not hopping like it was made over the phone. I order and get my food. As I’m waiting for my food I watch one of the women behind the counter answer the phone and take an order over the phone and it was a very complicated order.

So the double standards were definitely there. The service wasn’t the best this time but the food makes up for it. I’ll continue to come here but everyone needs to be on the same page about how/when/who answers the phone.

From the pastelitos, café con leche, pan cubano, cakes, all so so delicious! Come here bright and early!

I love this place!! I’ve been hooked ever since my BFF introduced me to Breadman a few years ago. Whenever I’m down in the Miami area I always visit. Never been disappointed at this locations. The pastries are delicious. Along with all their cakes and sandwiches. All time favorite is their Jack Daniels cake!! They have a large variety of croquettes. The Hialeah location is the best!!

Stopped by this morning ordered breakfast and a guava pastry. Everything was delicious. Courteous team. Will definitely return.
