Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Horrible Experience. As a daily customer to this specific bank, I was waiting in a line of 10 people as usual. By the time, it was my turn a woman skipped me and I asked her how come is she able to skip me. So, my next move is to ask the Manager Carlos Ospina who was on duty Thursday March 13. I asked the manager if it was ok to sit in the lobby as you wait in line and then skip those who are actually waiting in line standing. He said “yes its ok” this is unacceptable and extremely discriminating. Please train your manager on customer etiquette and professionalism.

Slowest service ever 40 mins in line

do not come in here on a saturday. Worst line ever! Only two customer service representatives and the slowlest service ever !!!!

Get ready for a 2 hours long waiting line, and no one will do anything about it, CHANGING MY BANK , ohhhh and the saddest, 90 years old grandpas and grandmas waiting on the line, about to drop on the ground because their legs can’t stand strong. Just insane !!!

this branch always works in slow motion. Never enough tellers, very long lines at all times, Saturday is the worst.
