I was really disappointed with the service at this salon. I had searched for a good salon for quite some time and found this one with high reviews. When I got there, not only did they not find my appointment but when she went to talk to a stylist she signaled me to follow her but never spoke to me (I spoke Spanish to her) then she gestured me to wait by what looked to be the shampoo washing area. She didn’t give me or anyone any other instructions. Some women were sitting, I stood where she had left me. No one spoke to me. I assumed they kept record of who was next. When it was finally my turn (30min) another lady said that it was HER turn, and they listened to her over me. I guess because she’s a regular. I was so frustrated I didn’t bother to complain. I walked out; I guess they didn’t need my business. No hospitality what’s so ever….. Unless you know the ladies there.
