HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!was in line for 40 minutes !behind ONE customer!Such rude employees they talk to much and chi chat knowing there’s customers patiently waiting in line!!Hate this location I’ve been to numerous locations and this place is by far the worst!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was sent by my aunt, a professional hair dresser who has a card from here, to get a nail polish and was denied the right to buy it due to the “policy.” I understand the policy, however, the treatment was horrific. Having the money to buy a product and not being allowed to do so by a rude cashier is completely uncalled for. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. This location should be closed down or consider changing staff. Honestly nothing more can be expected from the low class people in Hialeah. Sorry not sorry. Hope your experience is much better than mine.
