Lady at the front desk is very rude. I had an important questions about my return and she said I was wasting her time. I asked for her supervisor. That’s when she said I’m wasting her time and didn’t want to get her for me because she’s so busy. While when I walked in she was just standing around. So I said that to her and she turns around mean as hell saying nah that’s what’s you are doing. Miss don’t be RUDE…Lol ok.. get your supervisor

First and foremost, the picture is Not of this place, they stole it off the internet. I did not want to give them one star because I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe others had different experiences. What was very wrong, to try to get my business, information I asked for was kept from me. A woman w mixed black grey hair and glasses, continuously kept from answering my question although she knew the answer. Finally when arguing ensued the truth came out, she was lying about questions about my taxes. This worried me to the point that I figured fair warning to anyone doing their taxes should be given. Just be careful!
