Xfinity Store by Comcast (Closed Temporarily)

Little wait time but great service. They were patient and helped me get everything figured out.

Service was quick. Received some bad news that the new package I signed up for via phone does not include the Starz as I had previously and was promised by the phone representative. Daniella the store consultant apologize for the confusion and added some notes in the system. Hopefully this will get resolved. Will post four stars because of this issue and not because of Daniella, who was excellent.

I switched to AT&T because Xfinity has the worst customer service that someone could ask for. After being with a company for years you would expect for the people to treat you nicer and help you out when needed. Honestly I would recommend that no one go to Xfinity unless you are willing to deal with their lack of care. Other then that the three stars are for Xfinity the program itself, I really did enjoy it while it lasted in my home.

Fantastic customer service. We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. Staff members were polite and helpful. They solved all our problems and answered our questions. We were super happy with their service. We highly recommend it! Not there fault if to many customers at one time
