Party City (In Store Shopping, Curbside Pickup, Same Day Delivery)

Clean, Everything organized and found everything we needed. Great prices. Cashier and staff very nice and helpful. Everything I ask, they knew what line and location. Nice! I order plan cakes but Party City makes it possible for me to get my idea out.

Nice place but no employee that help in the floor and the employees are very lazy in cash register

Worst party city I have ever been to!! I asked an employee about a party pack that is listed online as in stock, I simply wanted to see it. She told me that it was only in stock in the warehouse and that if I were to order it online for store pick up, they would cancel it, “I have worked here for 4 months, never seen this party pack, and that’s how we do things. If not in store and only in the warehouse, we cancel it”. When I asked about the bear balloon, she grabbed a paper, pointed to a different bear and said “That’s the only bear balloon we have”. I took her work and walked around the store. I ended up finding the exact party pack I was looking for!! I didn’t want to buy anything from there except the ‘mama bear’ sash they had. As I was checking out, I looked up and saw the EXACT bear balloon I was looking for!!!! I was so upset, because not only did she tell me they didn’t have it, but she felt the need to tell me how long she worked there as if she was an expert and knew way more then I ever would!! NEVER GOING TO THAT ONE AGAIN!!!!!!!

The managers name is Daniel Cabrera. He is the most ride person I’ve ever met. I placed an order online and I got my money withdrawn from my account, I never got the email saying that my order was cancelled and never got the items that I had paid for it, still I’m still missing my money from my account. This guy calls himself general manager but he totally lacks of customer service skills. Worst experience ever and for sure I will take my complaint to where ever I have to take it. Never returning to this place!!!!
