Please save yourself the trouble and do not rent from here. I dealt with Damian when I went it. Returned the car I rented and upon the return I was a few minutes late to return. Damian assures me that I would not get charged extra because he had pushed back the time on the rental return. He was very confident in saying this. As I’m checking my bank statement today I see I was charged for an extra day. I proceeded to contact the store and see what was going on. Damian was the person that answered the phone. I explained to him exactly what had happened. First he was completely lost on the whole situation. After 20 minutes on the call he finally found my rental agreement. He proceeds to tell me that I was over charged because I returned the car late. I reminded him of how he assured me I would be charged. Guess what his answer was?? “Well there’s nothing I can do you shouldn’t have returned the car late”. Very classy! The people that work here can care less if your over charged or not. There their to work their 8 hrs and can care less for there customers. They are unprofessional and have no customer service at all. Save your self the troubles. After all the troubles I called budget directly and they where able to help me out and refund me my money unlike the unprofessional people that work at this location who are clueless.
