Hertz Car Rental

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ll make sure to post this review EVERYWHERE
Me and my husband came to this place in December and they didn’t have the car we rented. They gave us a small Honda accord and told us to go back to the airport to get the car we rented. ( we just paid an uber $16 to get us from the airport to this hertz location and now this guy is telling us to go back)
They took a $150 deposit amd never gave it back to us. My husband called them and they had a million excuses and said the manager will give us a call. And guess what? We are in May and NO ONE has called us yet.

Never, ever will trust this location or Hertz again. Rented a car in October for use in December. Prepaid, meaning they already had my money and the rental was confirmed. Rental date comes around and they have zero cars available at 7:30 am when they open. Staff encouraged me to wait for a car. Closing time comes around and there are still no cars. Only solution staff provided was to keep waiting, and then to come again the next day (when the same thing would probably happen). Had to borrow a family friend’s car for a long trip and missed an entire day of our vacation (not to mention hotel stay, which of course Hertz does not see as their problem). Horrific service all around. And for what it’s worth, this happened to nearly everyone else who rented a car that date. These people are clueless. Do not rely on them if you’re hoping to leave for your vacation or important appointment on time.

Luis was very kind and professional with us. My husband and I were really satisfied with the service, and I recommended my son to go there and see Luis any time that he needs to rent a car with hertz. Thank you

Luis is super sweet. I chose to wait for more cars to arrive (wanted to find a nicer car) and he was great with everyone. Hialeah doesnt have the most polite people, so kudos to him lol
