I came back for more. The doctor and staff are beyond amazing.

$50 cancelation policy that they do enforce. No consideration on a patient rescheduling due to an unforeseen emergency.

I reached out to this practice after I read several reviews. I was unable to make it past the initial follow up calls I myself had make. I was unable to schedule an appointment until my insurance benefits were verified this all started back March. I was told someone from the office would contact me once my benefits were verified. I never received a phone call I had to follow up only to be told they needed more information this all proceeded to occur up until April 5th when I was told to send a picture of my insurance card. Which was done immediately. Today April 17 I still had not heard back from the office. I placed a call yet again to the office when I was told they had called and left me a voicemail. I keep all my voicemails and there wasnt a single voicemail from this office. Putting all this aside I asked the employee if she was able to verify my benefits, only to finally be told I had a high deductible. I proceeded to mention my deductible had already been met, certainly as I recently gave birth. Only to find out this practice is out of network. I became irate with employee as this could all have been mentioned from the beginning and I would not have continued being so persistent and searched elsewhere. Especially when I am seeking attention due to back pain caused during maternity and labor.

The staff lacks professionalism and customer service.

Dr. Colon started treating my girls when they started pre-school and were getting sick every week. Through adjustments, their immune system improved and now at 6 & 8, they continue to benefit from the adjustments. She also treated my husband and I. I directly attribute her office to helping me stay injury free thru the 4+ years of half marathon running I have done! Recently, I had to drag myself in to see her for massive unexpected back pain and after several hours of treatment, I was able to walk out on my own and drive home. I continue to see her and I continue to feel better and stronger each day. I recommend Dr. Colon for both children, adults, and especially athletes WITHOUT HESITATION.
