I am very impressed with the wonderful staff and service they have in this office. I understand there is a wait at times however they really make an effort to get you out quickly. I enjoyed seeing Dr. Molina and I wouldn’t trade this place for anything. Daimy was a real help and made sure everything leading to my visit was in order. I’m really looking forward to coming back and I never say that about going to a doctors office.

Asked the receptionist on the phone if they are in network, they said YES! Unfortunately didn’t do our own due diligence and paid $275 for a visit and four xrays that would have cost $30 if we went to an actual in-network practice. The $275 was incurred under false pretense and because they stated they were in network and that was the cost “with our insurance.”

Unfortunately nothing was questioned prior to the follow up visit when they discuss the “ASH” program due to the high cost for the treatment plan, so I paid $275 unnecessarily and was afforded no “ASH” excuses or explanations until that cost was already paid at the prior visit.

When we came back for a follow up, there were questions because the cost was so high for the recommended treatment plan. The doctor noted that it’s a technicality since they participate in ‘ASH’ and dismissed my inquiry about my plan with “if you were in California it would be different,” which as it turns out from my little-to-late homework had literally NOTHING to do with it.

When I asked for clarity on why it turned out this way when there are in network doctors locally (not California), the entire conversation focused on their Ash participation, and did not address the receptionist who said (lied) that they were in network, and did not address the misleading empty language about my national plan being underwritten in California, which again had no impact on me as a patient trying to utilize my benefit to the max (which I also expressed in the office). It’s also an explanation that was too little too late as the cost is billed on the first visit, and the explanation is given on the follow up visit.

An ignorant chiropractic first timers mistake that won’t happen again. Unfortunately can’t trust the provider, because the patient’s best interest stops at billing not helping the patient maximize their benefit and get the most affordable service.

CALL YOUR INSURANCE provider before you visit.

Otherwise the office is nice and the staff is cheerful.
