Horrible service my insurance company had these people come out to do the estimate for my roof. they show up 1 1/2 hours early demanding to get on roof. I told the guy he was suppose to be here at his appt time and also the appraiser would be here at the same time. The guy argues and keeps insistin to get on my roof so I’m like whatever go ahead. As we are doing walk through engineer is acting like he owns the biz and acting like a big shot very unprofessional. So after he leave next couple days it decides to rain and guess what now my roof is leaking 10x more and do you think rimkus is doing anything about it negative in fact they have completely shut me out!!! Plz beware do not use this engineer group they are a disaster
