Dropped off a package to ship to my cousin in DR. Used them because my cousin was paying for it

Wish I can give zero star. Beware they will stay with your package in here. Spoke to Misquel Acosta before it got shipped out to Dominican Republic and told me to send return label because it’s was not permitted for international shipping. Meanwhile I’m the one receiving in “DR” bought it thru amazon. If it wasn’t permitted they shouldn’t never signed my package off and returned it via its carrier. My loss your gane that’s why now they planning on charging you extra fees for packages left at their locations for too long. And whenever you want or need help they tell you to call their offices abroad so don’t wasted your time calling this place no one is there to help you with concrete answers.

Great place to receive package and really fast. I love jetpack!
