i have been a patient of Dr.. Reyes since i was a kid I’m 45 now when i got married and moved far from his office i went to another dentist(worse mistake i ever did) the other dentist supposedly was to do a root canal on one of my front teeth and put a crown his work was horrible i had a black shade around the crown which killed my self esteem and confidence i recently saw Dr.. Reyes and asked if he could fix it not only did he fix the root canal that was not done incorrectly by the other dentist he also did the crown i got to say i should have never left his care my tooth came out perfect i feel great again Dr.Reyes and his staff were compassionate and treating me very very well i would continue now and forever to go too his office from now on..Dr. Reyes i can’t thank you enough I’m so grateful to you

This is the worst dentist office I have ever gone to. I usually don’t write reviews but, the service was so bad. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm, I did not get seen until 4:30. After 15 minutes sitting in their chair (4:45) I had to ask someone to come see me. The doctor told me “no one told me you were here.” They hastily took X-rays of my teeth which the doctor did not even look at. I was told my teeth had no issues and I would have to come in for a cleaning appointment. They then told me I wound have to pay a $20 copay visit for my teeth cleaning visit. When I asked why do I have to come back when my appointment was supposed to include teeth cleaning they told me it was 5pm and the office was closing. The staff was rude and did not care. This is the worst dentist I have ever gone to and do not recommend anyone going to them.

This office use to be a five star under Dr. Miguel Reyes now the are the worse. The steal patients money. I had to pay $700+ in November 2018 and every time I inquire about my reimbursement the office staff keeps telling me is due to the new owner and they don’t know what else to say. Terrible service no profesionalismo at all.

I don’t understand why they make appointments if you are never attended at the time said or even close. I took time off of work to be at my 11 am appointment and got to the dentist office at exactly 11 but wasn’t seated with the dentist until 12:37. This is a ridiculous waste of time and poor scheduling experience. It is not the clients fault you don’t have enough rooms or you scheduled too many people. A delay such as this could cause someone like myself a problem with work, but that of course is not something they consider. The service is apologetic as it should after making someone wait an hour and a half. If I were simply walking in I would understand, but why schedule an appointment and make specific arrangements if they are not met. This was not a one time ordeal, this is every time you visit this office.

Love this dentist! Dr. Reyes is the best of the best. The staff is super friendly and they are always available to help. Recommend them to everyone!
