Horrible, they never answer, they don’t give you any sort of paperwork that is important, and when you ask them for it they treat you as if you’re stupid. If i can rate this lower than one star i would.

Este lugar no sirve, hicieron una cirugía, cuando fui a retirar los puntos me dijeron que ya y como fue en la espalda no pude ver que los habían quitado bien. Cuando llamé para que me vieran de urgencia que había que esperar otra semana. La herida cicatrizo con el hilo adentro, y ahora se mira horrible. No vayan a este lugar, no son profesionales en nada.

Pesima atencion, No parece una clinica medica, terrible.

Great doctor and staff. Both of my daughters went to Dr. Flores. My oldest was cured of her acne within a few months. My youngest was a little longer. He started her on the gentlest acne treatment first. After exhausting all possibilities he had to start the Isotretinoin treatment. It’s a pain in the butt because she is a girl and needed to do all the blood work and iPledge. He and his staff are strict with following the process. But she is off it about 6 months and her face is acne free. If you want a doctor who holds your hand and spends time with you, he is not the one. We timed him once as a joke and he was in the room with us for 46 seconds. Now if you want a doctor who knows his stuff, he’s excellent. There is a drawback to his wait times. His waiting room is packed. It will take between 30 minutes to an hour before you get to see him. I don’t normally see doctors who take too long to see you but we invested time with him and he was such an amazing, knowledgeable doctor that we decided to stay with him rather than look for someone else. It paid off.
