I have worked alongside Carla since 2015 and she has radiated sunshine since the day we met. She is a caring and positive person and these qualities drive her passion for her career. I have seen Carla go above and beyond for her clients, making sure that they receive the support and individualized care that they need to reach their goals. Carla is someone that you can share your deepest concerns with. Carla creates a judgment-free space where she can listen to your concerns, support you when you need it, and encourage you to become better than the person you were yesterday.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Carla professionally and on a personal level. We went to the same university, completed our dietetic internships together and we are currently colleagues. Carla is a very professional dietitian and she demonstrated to have strong work ethics. I have seen her working as a private dietitian. She is not only very knowledgeable in the field, but she cares about her patients, she is a very kind and loving person. Truly recommend her services. 10/10!!!

Carla is an amazing Dietitian! after being diagnosed with PCOS, I was freaking out and she made me feel really confident that with good nutrition all would be fine and it has been! she is knowledgeable and truly gives you a sense of confidence in following her advice. I definitely recommend her!
