Dr. Brown is amazing!!!! He gets 5 stars (just other people don’t deserve it). He has a great sense of humor which allows you as a patient to relax a little when it’s hard too. I saw Dr. Hillman I didn’t care for him he told me “let’s just focus on this right now” totally ignoring my question about my throat and he wasn’t caring at all. When I asked Dr. Brown he checked it out right away and said I have acid reflux. He is a Caring Dr. Who doesn’t rush you out of his office and make you feel like your a pain in the butt. Dr. Arrieta is okay but Dr.Brown is more knowledgeable as far as I can tell he included something else in my procedure (which Dr. Arrieta never mentioned). I’m glad I switched to Dr. Brown. He is a busy Dr. Expect to wait but for the best care it’s worth it. Staff was nice and helpful but Susana is the worst surgical coordinator possible. Never answered any of my calls told me to email her and I felt I was chasing her excuse me I’m the patient your supposed to be contacting me. I’ve worked in the medical field for 7 years I CALL ALL MY PATIENTS. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She needs to be retrained. The worst thing of all is that I told her my sister was the one driving me to surgery and she is breast feeding a 2 month old …why did she tell me my appointment was at 7am (the day before) but my surgery wasnt until 12:30 (this was never mentioned!) thank God my sister brought her 2 month old she doesn’t drink formula. So from 7-12:30 is super long time to be without milk for a newborn I’m sure anyone with common sense would notify the patient. Thankfully the staff took me in sooner for surgery also. She was not caring at all very cold personality. I’m very shocked at her lack of communication and carelessness. She never returned about 10 of my calls pretty sure she only returned one call. And emailed me 2 times. I felt like I was stalking her to get important info for my surgery. She is the reason I almost didn’t get my procedure done here I even looked else where but the dates were too far away and I had bad headaches I had no choice. I had an endoscope sinus surgery. I did one follow up today and Dr. Brown said I look good just some normal inflammation. He is great he’s the best thing this company has to offer. I will highly reccomend him to friends and family! Best ENT/Surgeon around! 😊 Thank you again Dr. Brown! I’m so grateful for a successful surgery and a great Doctor. Very glad I switched to him.
