My mom is a patient here. She strained a muscle and needed to see the doctor urgently after being in pain for two days. The staff was too busy and told me she must wait. I asked if they could ask the doctor himself to see if he’d make an exception and they said that the doctor had no power to decide that they decided for him who he gets to see. So this doctor is apparently not the boss of his office.
