Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Horrible, very disappointed

The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, they don’t know how to treat patients in a decent and human manner.
They implemented a waiting list system that make almost impossible to be seen by the doctor.
It regularly takes a while day to see the doctor.
They don’t answer the phone calls.
I recommend to stay away from this office.

My grandma Loved the doctor but the staff is very inefficient and rude. The always seem to be in a hurry and even tell you that you are making them work double when the pharmacy is not receiving the prescriptions and you keep on calling to make sure the order goes thru. 2 weeks trying to pick up medicine and twice it has been place in a pharmacy that doesn’t take my grandmas insurance. It has been a nightmare and a waste of time considering that I have had to call multiple times during work hours to resolve this issue that still pending. Hope my grandma doesn’t end up in the hospital due to high blood pressure.

Dr Barroso has been my family doctor for over 25 years. He adores/cares for his patients and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t trust another pcp. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease no matter what your diagnosis is.

ever met. All this in addition to extremely knowledgeable in his field.
All his patients are passionate about him. I’m very lucky to have him as my doctor. The same goes for his staff!
