This doctor looks like a arrogant monster. Don’t see any qualities of a doctor except shouting at patients. My 1st visit just visited for 5 minutes..

There is not respect for business hours or patients. I make an appointment, at 4 to get an urgent treatment since the results of my exam were altered. Arrived 15 min early and they were closed, even though the office close at 5:00pm. Never go to doctors that doesn’t care for the wellbeing of their patients!!!

I never want to come back here again. Doctor Lavado was insensitive towards a very touchy matter when I went in for my year round pap smear and including after I got my results. He did not facilitate a comfortable environment even with a female nurse beside him, instead of explaining like every gynecologist has done in my past experience and with direct eye contact to make sure I was okay with about every crucial single thing that was happening, he vaguely explained at times what he was going to do, while the other times the nurse and him were giggling amongst themselves as if it was any other day, as if the patient did not matter. I felt nervous and anxious and a bit of the process was painful, as I expected but it hurt more than the other previous times and he just jokingly brushed off my reactions as if it was ridiculous or even silly that I was in pain. Who are you to dismiss the level of pain one feels? After receiving my results and feeling as though my questions were not kindly answered I felt more confused than I have ever felt in my entire life, the whole ordeal was incredibly emotionally traumatizing and I develop even more low self esteem. It took a long time to write this because I almost didn’t have the courage to but this happened during February. I also talked to one of my coworker friend at the time about the experience and she mentioned having an appointment with doctor as well, her thoughts were similar to my own, feeling uncomfortable. It’s already an uncomfortable process to begin with, my past experiences were all pleasent, man and women. You sir did not do your job correctly, therefore I do not trust the results.

If this is read from the office and especially from the doctor do not dismiss your patients questions, responses and emotions ever again. Answer them with respect, thoroughly and without being condescending. There are people coming into your office in all walks of life and they may not be very informed on the subject, it is your job to make sure your patient understands what is going on with them entirely, instead of suggesting to look up more about the topic online. Are you serious?
