Amazing Staff! Very helpful and informative. I’ve been to many Vapor Shark and this is by far my favorite. Chris and Will were the ones to help me out and i could thank them enough Thank You Guys!!

Gotta give it up to this vape shop. I called them overseas, as I live in Ecuador, and one of their salesmen, WILL, took the time to help me out, separate and have an order for me ready. Well, actually a friend of mine was supposed to go by and pick it up. Long story short, he held my order a few days, helped me out with suggestions, new products, etc and handled al the order with my friend. I appreciate his help, unlike other stores in MIA which SUCK in customer service. He was so nice, even my friend bought his new vape that day he picked u my order! Thank you Will!

Went over to their location with concerns about my tank and my mod. The liquid was boiling up and spilling out, burning my teeth and fingers. I originally bought the kit at the Miller location but I was in the area for the Doral location and I stopped by. They told me the radio shack batteries I had were outdated and that was the issue. They recommended I purchase Samsung batteries instead.

I went ahead and did just that. A few hours later, the same issue kept happening. I went back to the Miller location and complained; I mentioned I kept getting burned by the liquid gushing out all over my mod. I told them to change the tank because the vents were at the bottom and the tanks I’m used to are usually at the top, so they did the exchange. They were honest and said they’ve been having complaints about the same issue with the K3 mod and the tank with the crown logo. Once the tank was exchanged for a brand called Aspire, the vape was working just fine. I also explained to them that the Doral location told me the issue was the brand of the battery. Overall, the Miller location said the radio shack batteries are stronger, the Samsung batteries are obsolete and they’re known for their issues. They even alluded to the incidents with Samsung phones and that their batteries were the issues when they were overheating and blowing up. They went ahead and replaced my original radio shack batteries with new ones, free of charge as well.

I’m very taken back by the pointing of fingers between two locations who share the same name and any consumer would think they’re on the same page. I’m not an avid smoker but I expect to go to a location where the workers know their product and aren’t trying to scam. That wasn’t the case here. I would advise any customer to avoid the Doral location if possible and to do your research before any purchase because ultimately these sales associates are trying to make a sale about products they’re not fully knowledgeable on.
