Today we went to the emergency room and was incredible disappointed that the only person that greeted me was the security guard. He was very courteous and said that someone will be right out to help me. After 15 min sitting in the lobby no one came out not even to register me. I left without no one even noticing me.

I went to this hospital probably a month ago and the experience was great nurse Exume was extremely professional and friendly so my sister been complaining about an abscess that was getting worst so I recommended that she bypass all the hospitals near her area to come to doral ER because the service and the staffs are awesome. We decided to go and we were quickly admitted to a room and was seen first by nurse David P he was also very professional and friendly. Then Dr. Thurber came in and evaluated my sister and gave us recommendations to her abscess. He was very friendly with great Bedside manners. He was able to manage the abscess and the pain she was in. We left the hospital feeling much better. This was a trip worth taking. Thank u guys and keep up the great work!

Go somewhere else. They are so understaffed that the triage is done by the one security guard there. There was 7 admitted persons but only one doctor and 2 nurses around 9PM. After 1 hour waiting we gave up and went to another place. Luckily it was not a life threatening emergency.

I wish I could show the pictures of the terrible purple bruise I had from the nurses there who do not know how to draw blood or apply an IV without destroying your veins. Please hire more experienced nurses that do know how to do the job!! Now I know why the ER was so empty!!
On the bright side the doctors were very nice and the radiologist also amazing like the front desk lady. Only plus would be that they send your prescription to your pharmacy so you are faster route to go home to rest.
