If it’s possible to give zero stars I would. This company is good for only one thing…wasting your time. I was introduced to recruiter Tyler Panos by a former colleague who had a good experience so I thought I would have the same. He interviewed me and said he thought I was great. I even asked for feedback on my interview style and attire, since they’re the experts. I was given the thumbs up and told that it wouldn’t be hard to place me. To just check in every few days for updates. So off I went and did just that. But after a several weeks of checking in I would get the same rehearsed phrase “we’ve been pitching you out for opportunities that come in.” But if you ask about what opportunities, they don’t have an answer. This after of course you finally get through to him. The president of the United States isn’t as busy as Tyler Panos I guess, because this guy can’t return a phone call or email. I interviewed with Ajilon back in July 2017 and we’re now in November and I’ve never received a single lead. I still check in every few weeks and to date I’ve received 2 returned calls in 4 months. You are better off doing it on your own or going to another agency. Don’t waste your time and effort on them.
