Chick-fil-A

Excellent customer service and location, however for some reason when my best friend and I eat here we end up with stomach issues. We love the restaurant, amazing food and fast service, it’s just something that messes up our bellies. We tried it twice and it literally happened both times. Not good during a pandemic 🥺

Normally the service here is excellent but today they didn’t give me something I ordered and paid for. No big deal, it happens, so I called them hoping to see if this could be resolved with a credit or something. The manager who answered left me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up hoping that she just forgot only to find out all calls were forwarded to voicemail. I know that they are slammed during lunch but she could have said please call back bit later or taken my number down and called me back.

I finally went back today for my brownie. Nobody had contacted me for the whole month! Karen, the manager was very helpful and sweet! Eventhough they were swamped for lunch, she took the time to listen and remedied the situation.

Food I tasty and service is fast, friendly and efficient but pricey for a chicken sandwich that is not even the best chicken sandwich on the planet. I will visit the place more often if they lowered their prices. It’s chicken, chicken is less expensive than red meat and yet their sandwiches are just if not more expensive than the top burger sold at McDonald’s, Wendy’s or five guys. Yes, I would prefer to eat more chicken if it was cheaper.

Chick-fil-A has the same exact consistency in every location… excellent service and food.

This location tends to be very busy, and the line is coming out the door. But the staff the it moving very quickly and we had our food under 5 minutes even with the huge line. Food was amazing as always.

Best chicken nuggets!!! Service was excellent. The line is always long, but it moves super quickly. They had like 13 people working behind the counter and they all work in sync. No one bumps into one another. They brought our food to the table without any mistakes (Not like other fast food places that start with an “M”).
Plenty of parking, the drive thru is double lanes and they have people out side to take your order. It makes the process way faster.
