Christina and Yami were truly a dynamic team – both very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and above all, courteous, friendly and amicable – which are just as important, if not more. Oftentimes, when you are provided with a service, you find people who know their stuff but don’t really know how to treat people. And conversely, there are people who mean well but don’t really perform up to par… But they were the complete package!
