Worst customer service I have experienced in the flooring trade. It is true that the receptionist is the face of a business. I called on behalf of my contractor since he was busy on a job and the receptionist refused to assist me with a basic question, requesting he called himself. First, her English is terrible so I had to speak to her in Spanish in order to assist her and finally her attitude was abominable. It took 2 minutes for me to decide that this was my first and last contact with this company.
