Very knowledgeable, professional staff. You can tell they pride themselves on the quality of their Food Trucks and facilities. Got a lot of helpful information and the trucks are the best ones I’ve seen so far👍

They need 0 stars!!! This company is all for self! And it’s all about money not satisfying the customers. With these fake reviews from people who works there!!
Me and my husband flew to Miami to pick up our new family owned food truck. It took us a year to do that. Christina is the person who originally sold us the truck and did all our paperwork…but when we went to pay our last payment, she moved away or something like that.
Nonetheless, unfortunately my food truck broke down 10 minutes from the place. I called, they sent some BS mechanic and his dad to the gas station we found at the nearest exit. The dad complained the whole “6 “ hours because they had to do the work at the “gas station” saying he needed to get home He was tired etc. which I don’t blame him it’s not his job he was there only to help his son. But anyway, the truck needed a thermostat, new tires and many many more! It was dirty all over the dash & steering wheel. The black trim that goes around the windows was missing. The windows was filthy. I told them it was a piece of metal that needed to be cut or someone will cut themselves. And guess what!? I cut myself…they failed to tell me that this truck needed all this work. I would’ve purchased my own truck and brought it to them. But I was talked out of it. Saying this and that….anyways…
The shady mechanic who also joined in when I was complaining. Also said that he told them they have to tell costumers when the truck isn’t right.
So, he called the owner over and over the owner was going to leave us high and dry. Mind you we flew to Miami. Don’t know anyone, don’t know the areas. So I called the police and made a report. Because at the point I broke down and became depressed. Here it is 11/12 at night and I’ve been in Miami since 10 am. Now I have a broke down truck no money, no savings. Have to repay everyone who helped me. And they still don’t care…after I spoke with the cops on their property with the food truck…I parked the food truck back in their parking lot. And called a Uber to take us to the nearest hotel. So the next morning (which was Saturday) around 8 am the mechanic called my husband telling him to come to untied food truck to talk. We get there they say okay we put new tires and fix the thermostat and that’s the only problem we see. The mechanic didn’t say any of the stuff he was talking to us about in front of the manager. So the manager gave us a receipt saying he got new tires and fixed the thermostat. we trusted that.
And he said he will pay for our flight, hotel etc. so he gave us…I wanna say like $520.00 bucks
So we get on the highway. Trusting their words again!
The truck is moving with the wind. The steering wheel had a lot of play in it. It drives slow, and going up the hill is slows down. I called the mechanic letting him know what the truck was doing and I don’t think we will make it home. Well, it took us 2 and a half days to get to Georgia. Once we made it, FINALLY….we took it to 4 different freight liners mechanic shops. And they all told us this truck looks good on the outside (and laughed) but will need a great amount of work done internally! So first it was the suspension. So we paid over $4,000 for that. Next they are saying another $2,500 for I some word I can’t pronounce. I haven’t even been able to sell anything on my food truck. They Blocked me and my husband phone from calling the company. I’ve threatened him with a lawyer and he tells me. Okay, I will tell my lawyer and if you win I will pay you. But only in court!!! Like what type of company is this!? I had so much faith in this company but they ripped me off! I spent my life savings & to have that money thrown down the drain is not fair! Oh, and let me not forget I paid $100 for a car fax. And guess what!? The mileage didn’t add up to what they told me originally. So yes, United Food Truck you will see me in court. Because I will not let you take my money from me and my family. You will pay for this. And I will not let off of you guys until you pay me every penny you owe me and my family.
