Great Experience with Automated Home Services. I called AHS at 7:15pm on Friday night and I was very pleased they answered the phone on a Friday night. We scheduled a service call for Monday morning. Got a text confirmation too! The service guys showed up on time and they were super courteous and professional. They fixed my garage door, installed new nylon rollers (so smooth & quiet) and they made sure everything was tuned-up. Their service bill was more than fair and reasonable. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Automated Home Services.

I wish I had found them sooner!! They came out right away, gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with my Liftmaster gate, fixed it right away (they even came with replacement parts so I didn’t have to wait) and charged a very fair and reasonable price. They took my defective part and submitted a warranty claim on my behalf without charging me for the replacement part. Their technicians were incredibly professional and efficient. After having numerous bad experiences with other gate installers/repairers (ripping me off or not showing up), I called Liftmaster directly for a referral and they recommended Automated Home Services, Inc. I’m so glad I took Liftmaster’s advice. I highly recommend them.

After dealing with another garage door company for years/being mistreated by another company for years I am so happy to have found Automated Home Services. It was easy to get an appointment and Bob was truly a pleasure to deal with. He came and got the door working but didn’t want to bill me until the problem had been fixed. That type of customer service just doesn’t exist any more. I am very happy and although I hope to not have any more issues for a while (fingers crossed) when I do – I know I will be calling them!
