James was awesome, he really helped me with my windshield on having it replaced. Done in a timely manner and i will be definitely be recommending him to anyone in Arizona that’s looking to get their windshield replaced. Thanks again!

2 weeks ago, James form JMT Glass Repairs replaced the windshield and restored the headlights for my Honda CRV, and then fixed a chip on the windshield of my Impala. He called me the day before to confirm the date and hour of service, then he called me about 30-45 minutes before arriving at my house to let me know that he is on his way. He came when he said he would and when he came he brought the right windshield.
I’m mentioning this because I had several windshields replaced before by other companies and the technicians didn’t arrive on time or they brought the wrong glass and needed to come again. One time they even installed the wrong windshield and the wipers were scratching the glass and when I went back, they realized that they installed the wrong one with a different curvature and I needed to set another appointment to have it replaced again. Also when I worked with other companies, the mirror detached from the windshield a few times and needed to go again and again to have it glued back on and one time they spilled glue on the door trim and I couldn’t clean it.
The windshield that James brought already came with the mirror support feature so he just slid the mirror in place without needing to glue it. The glass has been professionally installed and I didn’t have any problems with it (water leakage or wipers scratching). He also cleaned the car from debris after he finished the job. The headlights were very foggy and I could barely see the road at night with the lights on, but he restored them at a great price and they look almost like new and now I can see the road at night again. I’ve been impressed with James’ professionalism and I would highly recommend JMT’s work. Thank you again for a job well done!

To say contacting JMT Glass Repair was a HUGE MISTAKE is an understatement. JMT Glass Repair ruin my car and I wasted time trying to solve this issue with them. If you call to complain they tell you their attorney need to be contacted and at the end if you have a claim forget about collecting on any damages. If like me, you end up with another vendor replacing and repairing their damage to your vehicle you most return JMT Glass Repair windshield. 5 stars on unprofessional job.

James personally repaired my windshield. He did a great job, was on time and made it easy for me. He finished the repair while I was at work. Took no time from my day. Thanks! Great customer service!
